Viola helped us navigate our late arrival through La Spezia and met us at the Riomaggiore station to bring us to the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home.The washing machine was truly appreciated. The little patio is bigger than it appears and it's a secluded spot to hang out. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend.

It's a little bit hard to access having to use steep stairs to either go to the station or into town. Although we knew this at the time of booking, it had no AC in the heat of Summer. Church bells were loud when sitting outside, but not terrible overall when ringing.

location - with the use of elevators, the main street and beach are easily accessible, breath taking views from the area, part of the sea can be seen from the window, facilities are complete, cozy place to stay while enjoying cinque terre, very accommodating hosts.

What a fantastic stay. I dont have words. Like really, we are a young couple and we loved these apartments so much. You have everything you need there for a romantic stay. Moreover it is also good for a family of 4, couse the sofa is not like "ok-for-one-night-sofa" it is probably better then the bed in the bedroom :) Good water pressure, all is clean, new furniture, 3 ventilators but rooms are well aired from outside. Absolutely amazing value for money.

so...yo will not found these apartments on your own and get ready for the steps...large number of steps. In this regard the apartments are not suitable for sedentary or elderly people. But it is Cinque Terre steps are everywhere :) For traveling by car I recommend free parking in La Spezia, Piazza d'Army. To be completely meticulous, then I could write that the air conditioning missing or balcony missing so if you cant imagine your stay without it in Cinque Terre then be prepared to pay twice as much as for these apartments.

Great view from our living room window. The entire place was extremely clean! The kitchen is stocked with plenty of tools, but didn’t have the essential olive oil, but it wasn’t a big deal.

There’s a private stairway to the property that is dark and can be cumbersome.

They met us right at the train station with the keys! The house is small, but the bed is comfy and the facilities all worked great and they left a couple espresso packets to start us off with.

The house was freezing upon arrival, however we turned the heater on and it was warmer when we returned 2 hours later, and fully warm by the night time. There are very steep midivil steps that you must take to get to the house, so if you might struggle with steep (as big as 12 inches) steps, maybe consider another place.
