The unit was neat and very clean.

This was an awesome place! Wonderful staff that looked after me really well, they made sure I understood everything very clearly, me being Deaf. They were very friendly and welcoming, made me feel safe. The room was fantastic! Very comfortable with good heating, and the bed was perfect! Pillows were perfect too, very plush and thick, exactly what I always look for in accommodation is good pillows and this one had the best. The bathroom was great! Comfortable, good shower, great shower body wash and body lotion which was much needed. Whole place was very super clean! :) Great wifi, great space where I was able to use my laptop close to a powerpoint, and great lighting. Fantastic car park undercover, and the lovely guy when I first arrived, made sure I was able to get my car in first before checking in so that was really good! It meant I did not have to leave my car parked on the side of a very busy road. Thank you for looking after me in that respect too :) And the location is fabulous! Many good eateries around and close to everything. Overall, a great place! Will come back again :)

Charging for parking when you already charge so much is insane.

The price for one night. At that price i was expecting at least Foxtel or even a couch.

Location was close to High Point so easy access for shopping and meals. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary fruit and pantry was really useful for picking up snacks when we ran out.

Nothing. Was very happy with everything. Will definitely stay again.
