Very good location, amazing place

No, they even provide water everyday

The staff were excellent. Communication before we arrived to offer transfers from airport. Wanted to know how our holiday had been prior to arrival and we shared that we were going on to Istanbul after and we were given some great tips on where to go in Istanbul. For Santorini, the staff provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to walk to for views of the caldera and sunset. The location is right on the caldera which was an amazing experience as it was originally part of an original village’s homes. Lots of steps to get up and down to room, bar and pool but that part of the experience for this location.

Lots of steps. If stairs aren’t your thing then ask for a room higher up closer to reception. Santorini is a unique location on an old volcano caldera so stairs are to be expected given how the old villages were constructed. We loved our stay but we also planned our outings to reduce the number of times we had to go up and down to our room.

The hotel is in a stunning location. The rooms and balcony looked out onto the caldera and the views were sensational. We loved having breakfast on the balcony. The rooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay

Nothing really

We came here for our honeymoon. The location is lovely — right at the top of the hill with great views, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel has potential, but it feels a bit dated and would really benefit from some renovation. The bathrobes are quite worn and the hot tub area could use some refreshment. Overall, it doesn’t quite meet the expectations of a Small Luxury Hotel.
