Excellent service, we arrived late because the railroad train was delayed and we missed the bus 20 miles from Cortina d Ampezzo. The hotel held dinner over for us so that we didn't miss it. The half board was fantastic. The food was great and at night we didn't have to go look for a restaurant. The location is also very good.
I don't have any criticism.

Wonderful staff and management, so helpful and welcoming, including helping us reach areas that are typically serviced by seasonal buses that stopped running the day before we arrived. Our room was excellent and spotless. When I asked I was given a kettle (for making tea in the room ). The breakfast was buffet style and excellent.
There was nothing to dislike - I recommend this friendly hotel.

Location and friendliness of staff
The smell of the room was disgusting. I informed the staff early in the stay and they could not do anything about it saying it was coming from the pipes.
I also had many episodes of noise- dripping coming from the ceiling. I thought the ceiling was going to fall on me in the middle of the night.
