Valia Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 by Kingston Hotels

My experience at Valia hotel was nothing short of exceptional — every request I made was handled with care, speed, and a genuine desire to help. What stood out most was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. They remembered my name, anticipated my needs, and made me feel like more than just another reservation. That kind of personal touch is rare, and it made all the difference. Room service, cleanliness, hospitality, location, quality, pricing, amenities I give 10s across the board. I couldn’t recommend Valia more highly. If you’re looking for a place that truly values its guests and delivers on every promise, this is it.

Nothing everthing is perfect

The hotel was clean and smelled great throughout. I also really appreciated the shuttle service to BTS. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Spacious rooms. English speaking front office staff. Helpful Mr Ron.

The elevator area stinks a bad smell. A member of the staff wearing grey was finding it hard to explain the breakfast in English And annoyed us during breakfast with the costs ordering breakfast was something like buying a gold nugget. After breakfast going back the lady in grey called saying “you didn’t pay me” lol come on can’t you add it to the bill?
