This is a great B&B in Easthourne with beautiful interior decoration, delicious breakfast and great location. We really love the room that was assigned to us ie ground floor, big window, clean bed and bathroom. We can have a glimpse of the seaside at the window. The staff and host are very friendly and helpful.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly, she advised on places to eat, it was very clean and the room was very nice as well, breakfast was prompt and enjoyable, Janine couldn’t of been more attentive

I found the bed to hard for my liking, pillows were a too soft as well, the television was a little small and the remote could with some new batteries

Street view and initial impression were the worst part. The mustard yellow is horrible and makes the place look dated. The entrance is poorly lit and feels a bit run down. Spruce up the outside colour to a neutral cream and lighten up the entrance lobby with a lighter colour, better lighting and a new carpet. Oh and make the inner front door openable with one hand, understand the need for a key but don't make me use both hands to get in, it's a minor frustration.

perfectly located for where I needed to be (Eastbourne college). excellent breakfast. easy check out. would happily stay there again.

only small downside was my room was located just at the top of the stairs leading down to the breakfast room and therefore I was woken up by conversation etc of the other people staying there who were eating earlier than me!

Very helpful and super friendly. Booked me an additional night the day before I was due to arrive with no problem. Lovely comfortable room with all we needed. Cosy lounge to sit in downstairs. Delicious cooked breakfast set us up for the day.

location was perfect, friendly host, our room was upgraded on arrival at no extra charge by the host and had a sea view. warm clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from on the menu. Also free parking.

We booked this v last minute after walking out of a nearby hotel as it was dirty. We were made to feel welcome here immediately. The room was amazing as was the sea view. Wonderful breakfast too!!!

The staff were lovely and welcoming; the room was a great size and the bed was really comfortable and our room had a beautiful view. Perfect location.

Breakfast could have been better. The carpet and rug in the room would benefit from being refreshed.
