I'd read poor reviews about the place so was expecting the worst, what a great surprise I had! Super room, clean bathroom and excellent breakfast all included in the price. Even though we arrived at breakfast at the end of service the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of cereals, including granola as well as yoghurt and fruit. The cooked option was excellent, as well as toast there were fresh, large croissants. The coffee machine offered many choices.

We were warmly greeted by all the staff from the receptionist, breakfast and cleaning staff. The gentleman in the breakfast area even bought us out hot hash browns when they ready.
Place needs a little sprucing up, but overall really happy with our stay.
