Excellent hotel, everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay (we were heading to Gatwick, about a 35 min drive but allow extra for possible traffic/GPS issues). Spotlessly clean, good showers, nice sheets, lovely staff, and the best buffet breakfast we’ve had for a long time at this kind of hotel. Nice walk around Epsom racecourse at edge of Downs right across from hotel.
I found the mattress cover under sheet (possibly nylon?) rather hot but my travel companions didn’t notice theirs. Beds v comfy.

Sehr Gute Lage. Hervorragendes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Frühstück sehr gut und Reichhaltig. Ausreichend viele Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel verfügbar. Ich war nun das 4te mal bereits hier, und werde wieder kommen!

The location is beautiful, up on the Downs and very close to the Rubbing House where we enjoyed an evening drink. The accommodation was new and clean, very comfortable for our needs. The overall welcome and service were excellent.
Nothing could have been improved upon. We regret we had to get away early and thus couldn't enjoy a more leisurely breakfast.

The food was poor, we ordered pizzas in the evening and they were clearly shop bought frozen pizzas but cost £20 each

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the staff kept everything really clean. They were freat at getting us a highchair for the baby too. The location on the downs is fantastic. Amazing walks and places to eat within walking distance.

Perfect location , clean tidy and staff were very polite and helpful
The lighting in the rooms wasn’t great, The mirror and electrical socket not close enough together and no light above the mirror, so for us ladies not great when styling your hair. No mirror at the dressing table area, which would have made sense as the lighting is slightly better in that area in the room. Finally, the coffee served out of a machine at breakfast is rubbish, lacking in strength and tastes vile.

Comfortable beds and nice and quiet.
If I had to say one thing the power of the shower was very poor but ok for a couple of nights 😀

We used the hotel to attend Wimbledon. Easy to access by train. Arrived back just before midnight and were able to enjoy a drink and a pizza. Breakfast was plentiful and everyone throughout our stay was polite and very helpful.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The reception staff went above and beyond for my sons birthday. He received a hot chocolate when we checked in and once we got to our room they had decorated the bed with banners and balloons for him. This absolutly made his day and being able to see the horses from our bedroom window topped it off for him ! Honestley the best customer service we've ever received at a hotel.
