Perfect location close to town. Super clean and love all the homely touches. Beautiful decor. Exceptional hosts who go the extra mile. They also provide helpful information. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service, Amanda was very helpful and was always very accommodating. The recommendations for trips and restaurants were amazing and was also very kind to give us a late checkout. The views from the balcony were lovely and we enjoyed the tropical vibe. The room was nice and spacious and kept us cool with all the fans and air conditioning in each room. Such a great addition, especially when it’s hot.

Very friendly and genuinely helpful staff/owners. Convenient location that is walking distance to everything, with parking on site and clean, comfortable units. Nice saltwater pool with ample shelter/shade.
Nothing significant. Would have liked fly screens to allow fresh air without bugs, but appreciate that would make humidity an issue.

Great pool.
No screens on windows. It looked like they had sprayed around doors because there were dead fly's every day. I am really against any sort of chemical spray as we have enough chemicals in our lives as it is. But other people might be fine with that.

We had such a lovely stay - perfect location and the apartment had all we needed. The pool area was lovely. We appreciated the book & magazine library downstairs too.

Great location with walking distance to shops and beach. Friendly staff who were happy to accommodate our needs. Enjoyed the pool area, our balcony & free car parking on site.. Modern apartment with the necessary facilities. Loved the vibe of Port Douglas.
Had the front apartment, so it was a little noisy in the evenings and early morning mainly with traffic. The trees in front of our balcony provided great shade and privacy but left us with no view.

Everything!! A perfect place for families. Excellent location a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Apartments are very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you'll need. The kids loved the pool. Sue and Greg are the perfect hosts.. even taking my husband to hospital after he had a minor fall instead of him getting a taxi. Thank you!!
If I had to mention 1 thing...wifi was very slow. But, we're in a tropical paradise so didn't affect things.

A couple of things needed fixing but the lady on reception was very receptive and assured us that these things would be attended to.

excellent staff and host who were very helpful even with tour bookings and suggestions, great location & swimming pool, short walking distance to center of town, shops and marina etc...
we will stay there again for sure.....!!
