Our room never got serviced

Perfect location.

Shower wasn't great and bathtub looked a bit stained.

Breakfast was good ,

The location

The age of the hotel, all facilities is showing it's age and getting charged at premium price.just don't add up.

The swimming pool needed a good clean and the area need the pool under cover

The location was great , staff was approachable.

The pool , I realised the pool was not cleaned at all . We couldn’t use much during our stay .

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Novotel doesn't have their own parking but parking is available under the shopping centre next door which has direct access to the novotel and at a special rate. Buffet breakfast was great! The room was comfortable with much needed aircon

Shower over the bath leaked water in all directions making it hard to keep clean clothes and towel dry. House keeping were rushed off their feet that they didn't replace our dirty towels. Hotel was fully booked making it a lengthy wait at times for the lifts

Location (close to shops and beach)

Small rooms, slow lifts, dirty room and overcrowded. Pool was disappointing (nappy floating in the water).

Aircon was weak, leaking fridge, flick switch was broken and card holder for room was broken.

It locates near the shopping and dinning place. The room is clean and the bed is very comfy. My room is beach facing which is a very nice view. Hotel has the "Go Green" which help to save energy and save us some money for food.

Not enough hook or hanger for hanging wet clothes. We have 2 adults and 2 kids, going to beach, pool and wetnWild in different day. We needed to hang 4 set of clothes and bather for air dry. We used all the chairs and coffee table in the room for handing the clothes.

Clean rooms, helpful staff.

Parking was difficult and asked for an ocean view but wasn’t able to be given a room looking that way at all.

Room service came at 6 in the morning and kept knocking. bruh, we were sleeping? Constructions next door woke us up on the first day, again, 6am. Yall dumb? Room service prices way too much, oh fair enough if we are broke

Parking

Everything except the construction somewhere or above our room and the shower had a tiny half door which resulted in water being splashed outside into the main bathroom meaning we had to get new towels everyday after drying the floor.

The room was not like the one shown in the photos, and we didn't have a spa bath big enough for two people, which is the whole reason we went there. The room was old and dilapidated.

Apart from location, there's nothing good in this hotel

There are many things: 1. Only yes, man staff - they will nod yes to everything, but no action will be taken. 2. The landline was not working - we stayed there for 5 days, but the landline did not work. Upon enquiry, we were told that it was an upgrade from the telecom department. Imagine if you want to request something, you need to go down to reception. Even for checkout, we could not call them for any assistance or informing that we were checking our. 3. Bedsheet with blood - our bedsheet had blood clots, and it was hidden by folding it. We informed them but did not make any fuss because the mgt might have thought that we were doing this for some compensation, which we did not want. Only we wanted was good service which lagged on everyday basis. 4. We were 2 families, their bedsheet had stains as well, and imagine those bedsheet were used by the kids. Twice it happened, but every time, they gave stained bedsheets. 5. Kettle was not working, and we were provided the kettle by sam (healthy guy) after 2 days. Earlier kettle was provided, whose condition was pathetic and super dirty. 6. Breakfast was not good at all. All in all, this is not a family hotel and is not recommended for families. Accor properties with Novotel brand disappointed us to the core, though we were the accor members. What an embarrassing stay!!!
