Location & friendly staff: Kati Salminen - the manager & Marina, Front Desk reception, were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was a ‘wow’ for me! We were impressed. All major sites were a 15 min. walk max from the hotel & great to catch the train to the airport right there.

It would get warm in the evenings despite turning the temp to max low.

O café damanhã é muito bom com bastante variedade inclusive para pessoas vegetarianas ou veganas. A localização é excelente, é fácil de chegar para quem vem de trem do aeroporto ou de outra cidade. A equipe do hotel foi fantástica e nos forneceu todo auxílio que precisamos durante nossa estadia. Com certez voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel .

Na verdade nada me desagradou.

Localização muito conveniente, pertíssimo da estação de comboios, do tram e do metro, bem no centro da cidade. Fantástico pequeno-almoço, farto e muito variado, fresco, com produtos locais e internacionais, além de opções vegan e sem glúten.

Everything was great. Excellent location right next to the train station and very close to a tram stop. Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean room with good facilities, comfy and warm bed, TV and wifi were all good. Bathroom had a lovely big mirror and shelf, and a bath too which was unexpected. Good breakfast options and very tasty food at the restaurant, was a little pricey but I suppose that's to be expected. I don't know where they source the glögi at the bar but it was the tastiest in town. The extremely friendly woman with grey hair in charge of the restaurant/bar deserves a raise for putting a smile on our faces each night.

The kettle could've been cleaner, and we didn't find any option to only get room cleaning when we needed it. I've seen it in every other hotel I've stayed at in Finland in recent years, there's usually a door hanger to leave out when you want service. It saves a lot of energy and money.
