10 minute walk to city centre so good location if you don't mind walking, very clean, facilities in room good (no oven though..need microwave skills), breakfast choices excellent, on site mini shop. Reception staff excellent, very friendly and helpful.
TV's in main room and bedroom but not smart tv's.

The location is excellent 5 minute walk to the quayside. 15min walk to the metro and train station. The suites are of exceptional standard our suite had been recently refurbished everything was new. Ideal for short or long stay break.
Outside signage is very difficult to see as quite small. I would like the complementary evening drinks / snacks 3xtended to include Monday to Friday. As we stayed midweek.

Fantastically helpful staff team who let us check in early so we could get dressed for the wedding we were attending.
All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Parking on site was a huge bonus.
Great location: 10 minute walk into the city centre, 5 minutes to the quayside and 10 minute walk to the wonderful Biscuit Factory art gallery.
Maybe reconsider where the smoking area is as it was a shame to have to walk past it to enter the building.

Only thing would be that the bedroom was very warm. Wasn't sure if you could adjust the thermometer.

Thoughtful design and good location. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and not of a bad quality (as could be expected for the price). The waffle machine was a plus!
Overall the experience was good, however the room could be cleaner and the pillows weren't particularly comfortable. One small detail is that, prior to the time of booking, it wasn't clear that the offered parking was charged at £13 per day, which seems a bit excessive. It could have been us that we didn't read the "small writing" though.

Perfect breakfast time with a lot of varieties to choose from. the room was amazing, full of space, so comfortable, and very clean. The bed and every other item were out of sight. the gym facility was also amazing.
The only thing i noticed was that the shower room was too small for 2 people to use Also, in the description, it was stated that the room had a shower and bath, but it was only the shower that was available.

Location, close to centre but also to Baltic and Ousne with great restaurants. Working charger for electric car. And foremost very nice staff.

Room was comfortable enough for the whole family. I liked it as it was nice and clean. We were welcomed with a choice of hot drinks - a lovely bonus. Very helpful people at the reception - thank you both for being so caring. The breakfast provided was great and did not expect it to have such a nice choice and variety of food.

Liked having a kitchen so I could cook my own meals. The gym and free laundry were great and appreciated. Only had the breakfast twice… not an early riser, but enjoyed the selection and quality. Very quiet, and extremely comfortable bed.

Location, room size, air-conditioning, dogs allowed.
A bit expensive when having to pay for parking per night, pets also got charge per dog per night too. Toilet fan is on all the time, can be a little noisy , when trying to sleep at night.

Lovely hotel helpful staff good for self catering free coffee and iced water all day nice dining room and lounge
Breakfast was plenty full but served on a uncovered hot plate so was lukewarm sausage overcooked and eggs tasteless
But there is a choice of cereal and cold meat and cheese for price is very good value
Just the hot food would improve if covered

The staff are so friendly and you can tell the hotel have thought of everything to try and make it the best. The social evening is a great idea and the breakfast is delicious. Everything is exceptional.
