Lovely twin room with powerful shower. Very clean. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The staff took time to explain the facilities and walked us to our room. Great service! Comfy beds.
We used the restaurant and again the staff were fantastic and the food was delicious with large portions!
A couple of guests decided to stand under our bedroom window at 2am and talk very loudly. This is not the fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate noisy people.

Good location and large car park.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The walls between the rooms are very thin. Could clearly hear people talking and televisions from other rooms all through the night.

On site restaurant and bar.
Run down. Very basic. Staff a bit scruffy and need training. One member of staff was very good but she was battling on her own
Meals were pretty good but let down by stupid mistakes. Cooked breakfast had freezing cold beans !
Evening meal of steak pie had gravy like water.
It was a shame because the rest of the food was as very nice and the youngsters serving were pleasant.
