Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong

Location, location, location. Next to Victoria Park and very good restaurants close by. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable.

At check in they wanted to charge me for my wife's breakfast telling me that 'breakfast included' was only for one person. I never had that experience before. At check out I was told that they did not charge me. Of course, that was after talking to the manager. As it was the breakfast buffet was very weak. No cook to order. Not even any scrambled eggs. No fruit, yogurt or granola. Terrible croissants. The bathroom sink is difficult to use as it is recessed and water goes all over. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, right next to the mid-autumn festival.

The internet is pretty much non-existent in the evening.

Staff helpful. Location marvellous. Direct bus to airport.

The bed may be a little hard for some. Nothing else I can think of.

Excellent location Friendly & helpful staff

Rather unimpressed noise insulation Bathroom facilities show ageing Things to improve: - consider providing lotion to customers, in view of HK’s climate
