very clean and comfy hotel with a cozy bar and very good restaurant (the a-la-carte one "Stübli")! Huge breakfast buffet! just about a big enough spa/wellness area with saunas, steamroom and swimmingpool which are perfect after a day of skiing. Not too far away from the skitrack when skiing all the way down.

though there is a spa/wellness area we missed a hot tub/bubble bath or some (outdoor) pool with hot water. Minor complain; The second pillow should be placed on the bed, we only discovered it in the cabinet before the last night. It makes watching tv on the bed so much more comfortable!

Amazing location! Brilliant breakfast

The reception and restaurant service were in unaccommodating with requests and even when they were, we got looks and rolled eyes.

Nice staff and very helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable. Taking dinner or lunch in the restaurant is good. Good quality on food but a little bit expensive.

One lift, on busy times it is very difficult to take the lift. It can take up to 15 minutes to get a free one or in other cases you need to take your luggage with you up/down the stairs.

The staff working there made the hotel experience wonderful.

Every thing was great, the staff was kind and like to help, the location was very good , the breakfast was delicious and special, we liked also the SPA a lot ,
