Good location

Not the cleanest and staff not helpful. Booking in is at 12.30 and if you try at 12.29 they tell you 12.30. But at 12.30 nobody there to book you in

Clean and comfortable with good shower and decent breakfast.

Very small room.

Great location, comfortable bed, some of the staff were very nice and good English-speaking. The shower was adequate, but at times, the hot water did not flow. We got free soap.

The tv didn't work. One of the staff did not speak English very well and gave us wrong information. For that price I would expect a bigger room.

Hotel is calm beacause set back from the street. Well located near the station and city center, with some shops nearby. Rooms are cleaned each day. Hair dryer can be freely borrowed at the reception. Charging stations for electric cars will shortly be available in the hotel parking (otherwise hard to find in Nancy streets).

No lift in the hotel. Small room and small bathroom without window. Carpet on the room floor can be problematic for person allergic to dust. Hotel parking is not free for guests and more expensive that on the hotel street (or at equivalent price only if you book by phone or at reception!).

Convenient for the city centre but set back off the main road, it was peaceful. Quite basic but clean, comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff

Either the room doors are very noisy or my neighbour kept slamming their door! However, they didn't make any noise in the middle of the night, so my sleep wasn't disturbed.

Location is awsome, just 10 min walk from the big square. Room is ok just for one night, more is not ok.
