Estava um pouquinho mais frio mas nada exagerado porque estão poupando em gás e energia assim como outros hotéis na Europa. Ponto negativo - A internet estava ruim .

Overall, everyone we encountered except one guy who worked a night shift was very friendly. The location was perfect. We were right in the heart of everything and only a short walk to the train station. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We had a nice size room.
According to the hotel, they were not allowed to turn on the air conditioning in the room. Not even the fan. While it was cool at night, the temps during the day rose making it feel stuffy in the room. They suggested we open the window but that was not a good suggestion because while the location was great, opening the window you could hear all the comings and goings and was too noisy. When the window was closed the room was pretty quiet. The hotel finally gave us a portable fan which did help. the 2nd issue was a guy that worked at night. He was a bit gruff and when we needed toilet paper he was unwilling to bring it to our room. He stated he was the only one on duty (10:30pm) I went to the desk to get it but he was unhelpful and unfriendly. Our room was less that 30 steps from the front desk so he could have accommodated us. Not a huge deal but the shower wand literally was hanging off the wall and a screw came out. I thought it was strange that housekeeping would not immediately report this and have it fixed. Also, the drain to the shower has a plastic cover that was unattached. When you step on it, it moves and you can easily slip. We decided to take the cover out of the shower and set it aside.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The Duomo is two minutes away. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is very modern with rituals products. It was definitely the nicest room we had during our week stay in Italy. The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants to try. They stored our bags while we explored Florence before our train.
The lift in the hotel is tiny we only used it when we arrived and the day we were leaving as we had suitcases. The hotel has a huge staircase which is quite impressive which we used instead. Our room was very hot during our stay. The aircon didn’t seem to do much, we had to try keep the window open while we were in the room and it was a bit uncomfortable at night. The breakfast was a bit sweet for our liking but this is more of an Italy thing

On a quiet street near the train station and convenient for shopping, dining, museums, and sightseeing. Service was outstanding by a very friendly and helpful staff. The lobby was very welcoming. Breakfast was very good.
The fitness center was spacious but equipment was limited and dated.

Nice hotel, in very good location - walking distance to all the major sights.
Also they park your can on request, which is also a good service, which we liked.
We were there in the first days of November and the heating in the hotel was not yet on, so the room was very cold (more then outside on the street). Because of that also the humidity was felt a bit too much.
The breakfast is not well organized - for 4 start hotel I was expectation a bit more different food on the offer. And most of the food was on order, which they did not keep up. We were waiting for 20min for one pancake for our child, while we got our eggs after few minutes - if you have a child, you know how it is when hungry child is waiting for food for so long.

Location
The toilet was broken. The chief of staff was rude and there was not view. Also the price is expensive for this room and breakfast was bad. We wouldnt come back.

The bed sags, dreadful old mattress; the pleather headboard & walls & curtain were grubby, whole place dusty. Minuscule bathroom very basic & toilet smells wafting. No way is this a 4 star! Nowhere to unpack just a wardrobe.
