Hotel Aspromonte

The staff was really friendly and kind. The gentleman who greeted me on my first night was very helpful (and nice to look at. Had he asked me out for dinner, I would've said yes.) and carried my very heavy suitcase to my room without even asking. I was so grateful after hauling my suitcase from the airport onto the subway, up and down a bunch of subway stairs, and through the uneven pavements of Milan, it was a relief to have someone carry my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. The room was clean with lots of towels. The air conditioner worked really good. The breakfast was really good. The cappuccino was perfect so I helped myself to couple of those.

The drain was slow in the shower so the water collected while I was showering. It seems to be an old building so it's possible the plumbing is slow. But hopefully they can check it and maybe fix that.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent ,it is close to the metro, bus stops, and a central street, making it very easy and convenient to get around the city. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you to Ana at the reception. She was extremely kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. She always greeted me with a smile and was ready to help whenever I needed anything. Her warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would definitely be happy to stay here again! ❤️
