I really liked the porters, Brandon and Roberto. The breakfasts were amazing, Anton is a true professional, and the courtyard is very cozy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were tidy but nothing too special. City center is easily accessible by bus and metro from the hotel.
Breakfast was quite limited but still decent, rooms are a bit small but nevertheless still good value for money.

I moved to the super double bed room on my last day, this room bed is much comfortable and quiet than the twin room in ground floor for my first booking. I had a nice sleep. Staff are nice as well.
It will be a big bonus if the air conditioner can reduce the temperature quicker.

Most of the staff were really nice.
The A/C in the room did not work. A staff member blamed me saying the settings had to be very specific. If this is the case, why not give those instructions at check in? They planned to move me, but they admitted the A/C in the new room was not working either. They did give me a fan.
