The free drink on arrival is amazing. We had an upgraded room with balcony and that was also amazing

The cleaning staff didn’t refill the tea and coffee after day 1 so for the remaining 2 days we had no tea and coffee Also the pillows were really soft and uncomfortable

The location of the hotel was perfect, it can be reached within 10 minutes from the central station and it is also a 10-minute walk to the historical center. The building of the hotel was quite large and its modern interior architecture was remarkable. There was water in the lobby. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The bed could have been a little bigger.

It was the second stay in the hotel owned by Wyndham Company. That was an outstanding experience however we didn't have a chance to use all facilities like the gym and SPA. Hopefully, the underground parking was not overflowing so we could leave our car in a safe place and get to the room using the elevator. The breakfasts were very tasty, not a "million of different dishes" but everything was fresh and well cooked. And you shouldn't pay for the child to have a meal! The room was big and comfortable. The bed was really huge. And the location was just WOW - you can easily access probably each corner of the old town on foot.

The room was clean but we found a hair on our bed. Also once we found a hair in some meal during the breakfast. The restaurant doesn't offer too many options to order during the day so we used to visit other restaurants in the neighborhood. The dishes we ordered were acceptable but not perfect.

There was a misunderstanding about some emails prior to our visit. One room was booked for 4 nights and I emailed to request it be changed to 3 nights. I was charged for 4 nights. The manager was very helpful however and we reached a compromise

the listing was for a four star hotel, but the amenities were not of a four star hotel. there was no hair conditioner, we didn’t have enough towels, the bed—though huge, did not have a blanket large enough for it, the bath tub was dirty. my partner lost his key (I was sick and he went to get me cold medicine)—the staff wouldn’t renew / issue his key (he couldn’t take mine as it was powering the room).
