Leonardo Hotel Torremolinos Costa Del Sol

Everything was great. Our Grandson and his friend were in a self catering flat nearby so they came to the hotel for dinner with us each night. 20Euros each, great value they even came back for dinner when we left. Thank you for making them so welcome at an affordable price.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Well located ,the room was clean and tidied every day ,the staff were friendly and helpful

The beds were as hard as a park bench and the main bar was only open at night

I thought the standout feature was the location . This made our holiday very comfortable . Near the lift to the beach and around the corner from the town and all that was going on . The balcony was great as it was so warm on our visit . The cleaning staff were very accommodating . I thought the layout of the dining room was very good when so many were eating at around the same time . The pool was great .

I felt there was very little healthy food . Even the salads were so lacking in presentation . Even the basic lettuce was poor . The staff did their best presenting things . The lifts were awful . So slow .

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is nice but there were some things featured every day such as burgers/hotdogs, but there is a good selection. The location is good; not far from the beach and there is a lift nearby to get from the main road down to the beach level (with a short walk). Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean.

Despite there being four lifts available they are very slow and seem to stop off on random floors rather than being programmed to convey people properly. It seemed to take ages to get up and down the floors as we were on floor 8. I suggest requesting a low floor. The pool area is smaller than I expected and gets full very quickly. There aren't enough umbrellas to give everyone the choice of shade or sun. It can also get quite loud because everyone, including the kids pool, is in a small space. This includes the rooftop pool/sun-bed area. That said, I heard they are closing the hotel after the 2026 summer season to refurbish the hotel because Leonardo recently took over.
