The hotel was large and spacious and the staff very helpful and welcoming. We were able to garage our car safely under the hotel. The breakfast had great variety and ample choices. A small bar was open for drinks and snacks which suited us perfectly.

Nothing. The hotel was perfect for the overnight stay we wanted, however there didn't seem to be too many guests. I wouldn't like to stay when it is fully booked at the height of season.

Food and the facilities were good. The personnel don’t speak English but the receptionists.

We liked the hotel and the holiday until we saw that our car was lifted on 02/10/2021 Saturday morning due to a local festival. I had to pay 171€ and this was not our mistake. Let me explain why Why didn't the hotel register our car plate number when we checked in to know which car belongs to which room? The receptionist said they wrote the warning to the escalator but we were on the 1st floor and didn't use the escalator. So how could we know that? Why didn't the hotel check the car park and make Spanish/English announcements before the ban started? Why didn't the hotel put a paper in each occupied room for the warning? Why didn't the hotel tell us there was an underground car park when we checked in? When we spoke to reception we just heard a "sorry" I gave 1 star just for this reason.

Dinner and breakfast was always very good. Very friendly staff during the meals.

We came specifically for the children activities as indicated in the hotel description in booking.com. But the activities very quite poor. Almost same games every day and not the ones indicated at the blackboard. No possibilities to play ball (no football nor others).

Rooms were great, view is ok. Very nice beach is close. Pool is great.

Wifi was available but Internet was not usable. I reported it, but nothing was done.

The town is horrible apart front the beach . The hotel feels like a hospital, it is ugly. The pool closes mid day and at 20 hours . Very few time options for breakfast . I really would not recommend this hotel

Appeared Covid secure. There were very few guests due to the current crisis. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and extremely efficient. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. Extremely good night's sleep.

The quality of WiFi was a little disappointing, otherwise there were no problems.
