Facilities were excellent. Room was modern. Food was great. Water provided to guests. Rooms were cleaned daily.

WiFi could of been better as it did not work in certain areas. Shower could do with an update.

The staff were extremely rude and unpleasant. The food was very mehh and the hostess breath down your neck when you’re eating. We went to eat lunch one day and my friend got a glass of juice, next thing we know a staff smacked it out of her hand. We were gobsmacked like what just happened?! Apparently only water is included for lunch and you had to pay extra for orange juice which wasn’t told to us at all! But coming to smack it out of a guest’s hand… that was absolutely ridiculous. I have so many other terrible stories about this place but I’ll just leave it at this. I got so worried because I had booked the same brand of hotel in London but thank goodness that wasn’t a horrible experience. I would avoid this Ibiza location at all cost!

Friendly staff, good variety of food, good location, good view of the beach from the room. The sunsets were amazing and magical to look at. Good service was provided.

After living in an almost cashless economy (Sweden), it feels backwards and inconvenient to pay in cash for the beach towels(which gets returned at the end). Any additional food at the bar/pool side can't be put on room credit. Wish everything could have been paid at the end during checkout, especially since a guarantee card was registered during check-in. Two single beds were placed together instead of one queen sized bed. The split beds could have been joined/ tied together as they can come apart during the night.

Pool area with a nice custom unique track list with a stable WiFi. Substantially reach and delicious breakfast offer. 2nd keycard is provided to always keep your fridge and AC working while you are not in the room. Nice sea view from the balcony

Room is dim and dark. Quite old hotel i.e. doors' finish, furniture, carpets etc. You ALWAYS have to wear their handtag. Bathroom has a ceiling hatch which opens when moved - quite alarming. There is space enough to fit several people. During the check-in they ask for very sensitive data - i.e. credit card details - untolerable for me - these are managed via booking.com as an intermediary, not the hotel directly. The ceiling fire alarm was constantly ticking as if a manual clock would.

Pool bar staff were amazing, really looked after us. Food was great, reception and bar area was lovely. Bar had a balcony for the sunset was amazing. Dj every night and even a guy playing the sax. Dj by the pool most days. extra comfortable loungers were amazing on the balcony, location is the best ive had

Air con in the room didn’t work despite reporting it 3 times. Nothing worse when you just want to sleep, my friends air com worked so wasn’t happy about that. Also the pop up bed provided / sofa bed wasn’t the best

DJ was so good, but should play longer than 2 or music should be a lil louder after that. Everyone just got in the party mood when he ends playing. But this is just a high notch comment, everything else is great!!

Amazing decor, pool area was lovely. Bar was fabulous with great views over the bay.

The balcony decor was a little simple in comparison to everything else but still fine.

The DJ during the day, the location is perfect, the room had everything we need, even a Nespresso coffee maker, the food was always warm and updated, toilet was clean and the housekeeping comes daily for cleaning

At dinner or lunch time there is only water available from the drinks menu

The hotel is very well presented, we were offered a free room upgrade on arrival. Buffet restaurant provided very high quality food, lots of staff who were very courteous and always had a smile.

One of the very few hotels I have stayed at where I cannot think of any aspects for improvement!
