Great Location, across the street to the beach, and close to evething. We booked breakfast and dinner, and we were happy with the quality of the food. The room was cleaned daily, and loved our balcony room, which was facing the pool and sea. I was a bit dissappointed that we didnt get bedroom slippers, eventhough we booked a front facing balcony sea view room. The room had a fridge, which was stocked eack day with water, Orange Juice, and lemonade, which we greatly appreciated. A special mention to the lovely Fatima in the dining room, she went out of her way to get me a special salad dressing. She is such an asset, with her sunshine personality. Also to Raul who warmly welcomed us to the dining room each evening, and greeted us so warmly, and kindly looked after my husbands hat, after my husband had misplaced it. The staff in this hotel are truly amazing.

There was nothing we didnt like, but things that could be improved on would be to have the food a little hotter as most of the time is was just lukewarm. Slippers in the bed room would be nice, luckily I had packed my own.

Excellent location right across from the beach and within walking distance of the old town. There were lots of options to choose from at breakfast something for everyone.

Pool Sun Lounger Management There are signs around the pool advising that sun loungers cannot be reserved, which I felt was a positive approach. However, during my stay, this rule did not appear to be enforced. On a daily basis, guests left towels on sun loungers and then disappeared for extended periods, preventing others from using them. As a result, I often had to sit on a chair and wait for a sun lounger to become available. One particular day, four sun loungers remained occupied only by towels for approximately four hours, with the guests not returning during that time. If the signs are displayed, I believe the rule should be actively enforced to ensure fair access for all guests. It may also be helpful to mention this policy at check-in so that guests clearly understand the expectations from the start. Overall, I feel that better enforcement of this rule would significantly improve the pool experience for everyone.

Quiet, clean, food was excellent. No kids, guests were middle class

I arrived at 13:00 & only time room was available was at 16:00 on the dot no sooner which just would have been nice if they were a little accommodating in 30min early especially as I was leaving 4hrs early from checkout
