NJV Athens Plaza

Location. Room service easy to use. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Great view of the Acropolis. Large suite with plenty of room to feel comfortable.

The hotel is clearly very old. I knew that when booking. Housekeeping needs to do better. The cup saucers in our room had a layer of dust. The tank for the coffee pot also looked horrible. Maybe it was hard water and lack of use. The rugs were badly stained and needed a good cleaning. We had an early morning transfer to the airport and a cup of coffee to kick start the day would have been great. Some of the outlets didn’t work and one of the lamps had electrical tape wound around the cord. They use the lobby as a Viking Cruise ship starting point and travel agency desk. The lobby at 7am was congested with bus loads of people standing around. It did NOT feel like a 5 star property.

Booking was confused by booking. Com But resolved by hotel staff

Excellent stay at NJV Athens Plaza! The location is perfect, the staff are friendly and professional, and the service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. A great choice for staying in the heart of Athens. Highly recommended!

Lack of parking.

Location was fabulous, room was very large and comfortable and breakfast was great

Slightly worn out in places and the lobby was generally quite crowded
