Well I paid a lot of money for basically nothing.. the spa features you have to pay extra..
I thought since I paid 135€ I thought it would have a private beach or at least it would be direct on the beach.. nothing was there .. just a room .. the restaurant was horrible for dinner.. I could've had a better meal for 5€

Great location, sparkly clean, this is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at. Each member of the staff we came across was extremely kind and helpful, especially Mina, she was a real sweetheart. The beds are very comfy and the room decor gives a very warm feeling. The food is very tasty, many options for dinner, the breakfast buffet is exceptional. This is our second stay at the hotel, and we'll be surely visiting again. A great place for off season escapes.

The room wasnt ready and we expect to clean the room long time after 15 o clock, even if they promised us that the room will be cleam and ready at 14 o clock.

The „Gym“ was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Looks like a few 20 year old things collected at a garage sale.

Very clean place especially room cleaning was perfect. Very polite and professional staff. Breakfast is not the best but OK for us—nice view from our apartment.
I'm not very impressed with the food in this place. This is my third holiday in Greece so I know greek food very well but in this hotel the food was nothing special-burnt potatoes, badly cooked fish ext. Not much variety either. Please note when you book apartment in this hotel as it the most expensive room but there is no separate rooms in the apartment. Its actually big studio. NO BEACH. You have to use the city beach like anyone else. So, in general its not a place that I would book again.

Amazing selection of buffet at breakfast. Staff is great and attentive. Clean sheets. Spacious balcony with a partial seaview. There are numerous facilities such as the pool, spa, a rooftop bar and a gym. The hotel has parking!
Cleaniless of the room when checking in. Hair of previous occupants. Sand on the floor. Towels with makeup makring on it. The showerhead is simply discusting with mold and limescale on it

Everything. Starting with the reception, we were greeted, every day, by two very kind and lovely people. The menu is very good and the food tasty / varied. The chef, exceptional and concerned, with care for tourists. To all the staff, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! The maids, every day, cleaned and changed the towels, brought toilet paper and shampoos, shower gel. All the staff deserve CONGRATULATIONS!!!
