The hotel was lovely and clean. it had two pools with comfortable beds and pool towels. The staff were very friendly and always checking in to see if you needed a drink etc. The breakfast selection was amazing - it had something to suit everyone and we were very impressed by this. It is a good location with restaurants and bars in walking distance however it is a 30 min walk to the port.

The cleaners woke us up every single morning even when we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on. They started cleaning before 9am and we’re so noisy shouting and hoovering in the halls outside our door and the walls are paper thin. On one day the cleaner took my pyjamas from the room along with the pillow and blankets and didn’t return them. There is always bars in the hotel but everything shuts before 11pm which isn’t great for an adults only hotel especially when you want to sit down and have a drink at night. The hotel phone also rang twice at half 4 in the morning and woke us up. We didn’t get the best sleep due to these reasons and the bed wasn’t super comfortable.

Comfortable room, great food options on half board, great drinks and snack options at reasonable prices. Pools excellent, we preferred the lounge pool, never had a comfier sunlounger in my life! After reading the reviews I thought it was too good to be true but was a perfect short holiday for us as a couple. Will definitely recommend and would return.

AC could have been better but it was 36 degrees while we were visiting.

On arrival, we were offered a welcome drink which was just lovely after the flight and bus journey as we were thirsty! the hotel staff were beyond helpful. Extremely welcoming and you can tell they love what they do. The hotel facilities were outstanding. x2 pools, the comfiest sunbeds, and they even had a shower facility (another gorgeous powder room!) just off reception for the day where you have checked out but still want to spend the day at the hotel pool. The food was exceptional. It was a michelin star buffet! the most delicious and freshest food I have come across in Mallorca, the chefs in the kitchen should be so proud. The desserts were to die for! The drinks menu and service was 10/10. You can order drinks at your sunbed or go up to the pool bar. Everything was just so good. They had a pool party there one of the nights we were staying which was a great vibe! They had live music everynight. We had the best stay and we cannot wait to return.

If you travel alone some staff weren’t prepared to speak who was there just alone and sometomes made me sad. Some receptionist didn’t speak well in English and she have me some documents for signature to read because she could not possible to translate it. The value is really high But I will come again.

Very friendly staff. Always fresh towels for the pool area, many possibilities to chill outside (hanging chairs, lounges etc).

The room was great, and the meals were excellent and the shows each night were very good indeed and very enjoyable. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Plenty of hanging space in the cupboards and an excellent safe in the room. We had a very happy experience at this hotel.

To be honest, the basins and the taps in the bathroom. The taps' heads came off as you turned them and the water flow was not very good and the temperature was inconsistent. Also, the placing of the pipe where the flow of water came from was right in the middle of the basin and could not be pushed to the sides, which made washing a little difficult. Also, there was always a spillage of water over the edge of the basins. The shower was excellent. Appearance of washing facilities were great but not so practical in this respect. It would have been nice to have had some cushions on the sofa.

Great food! Room was big and always clean with a jacuzzi bath! Excellent service, all staff went above and beyond and always served with a smile! Buffet food had a great selection every evening! Pool area was fantastic, DJ music, drinks and always sun beds available! Small details thought of! Surrounding area left a little to be desired but the beach, port, Old Town and Pollenca were easily accessible as we rented a car! Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel, one of the best we have stayed in ,The food in the restaurant was Fantastic with plenty of choices at breakfast and dinner , we cycled and hired the bikes from the hire shop on the property , lovely cycle routes from the hotel in both directions, , can't fault this hotel

it was a bad experience due to a chain of events. in 4* hotel they demand payment upfront without even showing us the room first, despite having a reservation for 9 days! that's how much they value their customers, money first. they gave us a room right in front of elevator. the shower tray was leaking a lot of water and when i reported it in reception, they told me they can send a technician to replace silicon. replacing silicon while we as guests paid upfront for a room which was not suitable to offer in the first place! after another day of having the same issue, i agreed for technician to come and fix the shower: it took 2 "visits", one to see the issue and another one to fix it. technicians used all the paper tissues from bathroom to do their work, saying i can get others from cleaning staff. of course i complained about the entire situation and demanded a compensation for all the trouble. the manager agreed to return money only for 2 nights out of 4 nights, because we did not complain about the shower issue earlier. i did not try to explain more or negotiate and accepted the situation. during those 4 days they never proposed to give us another room, only after we stayed with their technicians to fix issue on our time on holiday, they offered to change room, when the shower was fixed already! on the same day at dinner, they served seafood (some small squids parts) which was not properly cleaned/washed. i found a piece of seashell and i could have broken a tooth on it. also other parts of seafood were not removed, found plastic piece in a salad (photos attached). when i asked the main waiter to see the situation and talk with the chef, he just laughed into my face saying "it's fish, it's normal". i complained further to the customer manager but nothing changed. chef did not appear, seafood stayed still on buffet for other guests to break teeth probably too.

Great people! Great facilities! Amazing food! Very close to the beach! Private shows on a daily basis! Free parking on the street next to the hotel. Perfect for a lazy vacation and for the "all in" lovers.

Sometimes the main meal selection was a little repetitive. One of the female receptionists I felt most have been having an off day when first meeting and greeting, when we first arrived, she seemed a little miserable in comparison to other staff, and although she didnt need me to show her my print offs for the accomodation receipts because she only wanted to see the passports, she should have handled her mannerism a bit more polite and positive. Otherall, the staff were happy, pleasant and positive, I just felt that my experience upon arriving at 6pm for the first time after travelling for hours could have been a happier and better experience. I have stayed at your hotel twice now, so I know the first stay was great from the beginning.

beautiful location hotel was super clean. if your a younger couple looking for a party vibe this wouldn’t be your hotel as there is a lot of older people

Great live entertainment every night, awesome poolside DJ, easy street parking, super friendly and helpful staff, amazing buffet breakfast (heaps of options plus cater for dietary requirements) plus dinner buffer for 25 euros p.p. also has so many delicious options! The room itself was perfect as well with a comfortable bed, smart TV, incredible shower head and covered balcony!!!
