The bed was very comfortable and staff very pleasant including a great young laddie serving breakfast.

My room the wall socket was very slack and also the tv had a lot of interference.

The location was central near the shops and river ness.

Great location for walking the city, parking was free and plentiful, the building is nicely presented on the outside, the room was a reasonable size and had a window to let in the cool air. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

The water pressure could have been higher, and the shower head didn't want to stay in its selected position (it was either straight down like a rain shower, or straight out). But neither of those things spoiled our stay.

Lovely established hotel, clean and tidy, very friendly and helpful staff. The Resurant food was very good as well!

The location of the hotel was great.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked for the price of the accommodation (primarily, the bathroom). Additionally, our room smelled like whatever was being cooked in the kitchen at the time.

very noisy threw the night and the cleaning staff started at 6.30 and woke us up after a bad night paid for breakfast but cooker broken so never had breakfast which was fine these things happen but man on reception in morning argued about giving refund for breakfast and we never had anything

The room we eventually got was adequate.

When we arrived the gentleman at reception was on his phone and ignored us to start then we were given our room. When we went into the room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests and stank of stale alcohol. When we went to reception to complain there was no sorry just the receptionist complaining about the cleaning staff.

The bedroom was clean and tidy but old wardrobe and chest of drawers dark and dingy in thr room and only one window to look out to a derelict bungalow

Expensive stay for 3 nights but standard room and paid extra for breakfast which was not that good and charged £16 per day. Hospitality was zilch as got the feeling that they didn't have to do much to plse as had sack loads of American tourists staying thr night and had to do very little for their money 😀 Ignored when went for a meal so left and went elsewhere where we were acknowledged. Would never go back there again even if was paid to go there. No lift and had to ask owner to help with suitcase which was reluctant do so and had to ask twice the receptionist to get someone to bring down suitcase and builders had their equipment ladders all over thr staircase which could have caused an accident. Not worth the money they were charging. Diningroom and breakfast room dark and dingy needs updating. No soap in rooms only soap canister attached to wall. I am surprised they didn't nail the towels to thr wall lol 😆

didn't like too much the mattress. Fire alarm when off at 10.30 pm and woke and scared child. Looked like a false alarm but nobody told us anything.

Food in bar was poor and expensive, pate with soggy bread, supposed fresh fish, which i asked beforehand, was frozen and then battered , greasy and expensive at £18, so great rooms, staff ok, but eat elsewhere

Needed an affordable place to stay for the night before travelling the next day. Room was cozy and staff were great.

Comfortable room. Bar not open on 2 nights for us to have a drink after arrival back from visiting relatives and friends. First night 8pm, second night 9pm.

our room was very well presented and spotless and we had an added bonus of a jacuzzi bath, peaceful and quiet at bedtime so a good nights sleep,we didnt have a dog but the dogs that were allowed were well behaved and friendly,if we were visiting Inverness in the future we most certainly would book again with the Beaufort Hotel a great place to stay and two very happy customers

there wasnt much that we didnt like but if you are going to be very picky then our little waste bin could have been emptied after the first nights stay but not a deal breaker on returning for another visit

the property is lovely on the outside, bar closed at 8.15

bar closed at 8.15 no staff member at hand for reception or bar, or emergencies, socks over the smoke detectors, nightmare with tumble dryer on at 5am, industrial kitchen extractors ongoing constantly until I contacted reception! total nightmare will NEVER be back doors chapped at 5am until 7.30! meant to be a rest full days my PSTD and anxiety was horrendous as a result of this and had to move accommodation
