I was looking forward to my stay here based on the information on the booking.com website. The room was large, wifi worked well and I had a decent seaview. For the rest see below. I had booked for two nights and the property agreed to cancel the second night booked (FOC).

Property is not close to either Sousse itself or the port of Kantaoui. I found the check-in was quite rushed. The rooms definitely need a little TLC. I went out for a while and when I came back, the room was very stuffy and stale. I went down to reception to let them know that the A/C needed to be looked at, only to be told they close the A/C in the rooms from November 1st-it clearly stated on my confirmation A/C. I had to sleep with the balcony door open and with no breeze it left me with an uncomfortable nights sleep. I then went to eat, as I had all inclusive and the food was mostly luke warm and ineatable. For the drinks, you either have to get them on your own or be prepared to handout plenty of tips to get service. This was noticeable from the table beside me with several people and each paid a tip every time they needed service. It was not the stay I had hoped for.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tunisia!

Beach, pool

There was almost no air conditioning in the restaurant. I expected it to be cooler at least given it is a 4 stars hotel.

- Clean and more less spatious room, - Great and wide range of food and drinks - Great facilities, many pools, restaurant on the beach, Tunisian restaurant, ... - The administration listen to the customers and act when they complain.

The hospitality of the staff and the services depend on your nationality. If you are national citizen, you will be ignored. I was informed that they will make decisions to garantie this will not happen in the future.

The lift was broken for a few days. WiFi signal was poor in some locations within the hotel. Salty water in the pool. smokers should not be able to smoke near the pool

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The food was amazing as well.

The indoor pool had too much chlorine in it. My eyes burned as soon as I entered the area. My husband and I couldn’t stay there long and we were coughing for a few days after we tried to swim there.
