Caprici Beach Hotel & Spa

The hotel’s location was excellent, with beautiful views and amazing sunsets, and our room was perfectly situated for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and approachable throughout our stay. The male receptionist was particularly helpful and went above and beyond when we experienced an issue with young guests in the neighbouring room smoking an unpleasant-smelling substance. We really appreciated his understanding, professionalism, and support in resolving the situation. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would be very happy to return.

There were a few things that could have been better. The safe required a cash deposit and an additional payment, which was a little inconvenient. It would have been much easier if this had been included in the room rate. We also found the towel deposit system inconvenient, especially as we were not informed in advance that towels for use at the beach or swimming pool required an additional rental. Clearer information about these charges on arrival would have made the experience much smoother.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Friendly staff, amazing full board, dogs are more than welcome. Cleanness was on the highest level and our baby loved the pool!

It is right on the beach so swimming in the sea is very easy. The lobby area has been updated.

The building is pretty ugly - brutalist architecture (!) and the rooms are very small. The photos were misleading. It says it is dog friendly but there are very few places you can take the dog (not on the beach, not by the pool, not near the restaurant - so really the only place they can go is in the room or the lobby). Breakfast is served underground in a big room without windows - it would be so much nicer if you could eat outside. The rooms need updating as they’re looking old and run down for the price.
