Rhe staff is rude and unprofessional! I am still waiting for a fill refund after a major ceiling leak during rain! I had to leave the hotel because no other room was available. Receptionist kept lying she could not reach the manager ! AVOID THIS HOTEL EVEN IF THE PRICE IS ATTRACTIVE BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

Centrally located. This was especially the reason for my preference. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There was nothing negative for me as I didn't expect much from the hotel except to sleep.

The room was a good size, the location was superb, staff were very helpful and friendly.

The wifi was not good. Half of our room didn't have any wifi and the signal wasn't great.

Централно разположен хотел на няколко крачки от ресторанти и близо до плажа, а в същото време на тихо място. Учтив персонал. Стаята беше добра по размер и чиста. Хидромасажната вана беше голяма и подейства много отпускащо. Отделно от нея имаше и душкабина.

Бравата на вратата на стаята беше разнебитена, но се затваряше (не добра поправка от майстор). Вентилаторът на прозореца не работеше (стаята е в приземен етаж и прозорците не се отварят). Звукоизолацията можеше да е по-добра. Чувахме съседа как хърка.

The staff was friendly.

The room was in the basement and was dirty. Didn't look like anything in the pictures. Not suitable for a family with kids.

Great location, close to the sea garden, the beach, town centre, shops and places to eat. Nice balcony. Shower with hot water available. A lot of TV channels. Comfortable bed.

Basic breakfast, no free parking at or around the property. Have to ask at reception to get hand towels, a key to the very small safe and to set up the TV channels. The water from the Aircon unit on the balcony was collected in a bucket.

Staff spoke English well, tasty breakfast, ability to leave luggage before check-in, great localisation

The bathroom was leaking and the carpet in our room was wet-> unpleasant smell. The toilet was broken and the pump was very noisy. Drunk neighbours came back at 4am and woke me up. Very small room.

The attitude of the staff and location - near the sea garden and many cafes, restaurants, shops, attractions.

Everything is ok.
