Hôtel très agréable. Petit déjeuner très copieux, avec beaucoup de choix, des produits locaux, frais. Repas du soir très bon. Le personnel très sympathique. Rien à redire sur ce week-end.

Very well located and nice rooms, great breakfast too. Due to low season the restaurant was closed. Arrived late but we received information and codes to get into the hotel and rooms. Well organized. No private parking for our motorcycles but a public one situated at 200m.

The room was very nice , mountain style , well decorated, and the bathroom was big . The hotel location is perfect, in the center of la clusaz. Easy to walk anywhere . There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was good quality. Definitely etelly s good place to return to !
Rooms are not sound proof. If you have some noisy neighbours , you can hear them well.

Hotel was central and luckily the room was quiet as away from the road and a noisy nearby bar. Good sized room and breakfast was good.
A lift would have been welcome.

For a budget ski hotel this is right at the top end, comfortable beds, great view and superb location, really you couldn't ask for more!

our room was next to the staircase and was a bit noisy

welcoming and comfortable.
the room did not cater for 3 adults. there was 2 beds and a side bed . it was so uncomfortable. we each had terrible sleeps in that side bed. if you advertise for 3 adults then it should be 3 beds. also we came back late one night and forgot the late code and emailed assistance but did not get a reply for 2 hours later. lucky some people came out when we were knocking for assistance. we could not access the number given .

Simple, clean rooms. Charming hotel with linens, towels, and soap provided and comfortable beds.
The parking is a bit of a walk, and though check-in time was listed till 7pm on Booking, it was really closed earlier. We had to use a phone to call and find out that an envelope had been left for us, but we missed some of the instructions (like needing a code to get into the hotel after hours— we assumed our keys would get us in— so we had to call again. Fortunately we got the international plans for our phones.)
Also, no mini fridge.

Easy to find, very good secure cycle parking and a friendly welcome. The room was good and both dinner and breakfast were good. Bang in the centre of town so a great location for cyclists. The room was roomy and bed comfortable.

Straightforward, good value for money, close to bars & restaurants and the centre of the town, great views from the terrace
We didn’t receive the door code, so we had to wait until someone was coming out !!

Amazing view. Cosy bedroom. Friendly staff always ready to help. Our flight was cancelled and the team was very understanding and kind. Our luggage got lost by the airline and again the team was supportive and helpful.
I loved the breakfast, simple and delicious.
I wish there was a mini fridge in the bedroom. That’s just an idea.

The room was small, especially the bathroom. I’ve booked the economy double room. However that wasn’t a problem for us.
