Location and cleanliness was good. Breakfast is simple but fine.

I can understand the other comments. If you’re in any way mobility-impaired, this is not the place for you with its narrow and steep staircases. And I wouldn’t want to stay in one of the top floor rooms during a heatwave. But since I’m still young enough for the stairs and it got cold enough at night to cool down the room, Im happy with it.

No mini bar/ small fridge inside the room

Great location, excellent value for money and friendly helpful staff.

The rooms were really small. There were no plug points near the bed to charge our phones. Continuous noise coming from above room no 268. Noisy corridors. No way to cortactt the reception or room service. What if someone has an emergency? The gentleman at the reception during the day always had a straight face. Not welcoming or warm. Rather the boys in the night we a warm and welcoming clan. Breakfast for all three days eat exactly the same not a single change. It was a neat and clean hotel yet the staircase area has a discomforting odor. The best part was the connectivity of the hotel.
