Bed was so comfy. Bathrooms are a bit dated but great value for money. Room well equipped and super clean so very happy. Breakfast was amazing.

Bathrooms dated. Would prefer separate shower Never use a bath in a hotel.

Staff were great really helpful and greeted me every time. The bar and the breakfast was good too. Bed was really comfortable. Car park was good too but small, I can imagine at times that people may struggle to park up.

A lot of noise could be heard from the traffic outside especially sirens going past. The bathroom had a lot of mould on the grout and sealants, broken tiles and there was a bit of rust in some places too. Would have expected more from a Leonardo Hotel as it's a lot more old tired and dated than the others I have gone to.

Not clearly signposted so a little difficult to find if you hadn’t been before. £7 a day parking a bit of a joke frankly.

Layout was nice and comfortable; room was clean and appealing; restaurant meals were nice and staff were helpful. Easy check-in (done online) and only had to pop in and pick up the key. Car Park had plenty of room and while a small fee was payable, it was very handy and worth it.

Bless them, they placed 2 fans but really the hotel should have air conditioning. Just baffling that there was no AC in the room.

Can’t think of nothing specific but the property is clearly fairly old. Some of the furnishings are worn.

Light and airy with comfortable seating areas. Clean and well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Very helpful staff especially in the restaurant. The swimming pool was a real bonus.

The room got too hot and the window didn't open very far.

I informed the hotel one of the rooms we booked was for our mum and dad and it was their 50th wedding anniversary. The hotel made them feel so special by surprising them with a bottle of prosecco, chocolates and towels folded into swans. The 2nd night they also left a token for complementary drinks. We arrived 3 hours before check in but as the room was ready they allowed us to check in. Nothing was too much trouble, hotel lovely, very clean, lovely staff, breakfast was gorgeous.

Good vegan choice offered minus mushrooms which I love as the delivery had not arrived.

The price and clear communication as there was a few little mishaps such as on early arrival I was told at 10:30 my room was ready which delighted me only to find when I opened the door to my horror it was still occupied Secondly I email before hand asking if breakfast was included got a message back saying yes and just tell staff on arrival my dietary requirements, only to be asked when paying for parking (which was another surprise) do I want breakfast I explained the above situation and they honoured it but when I got to breakfast next morning the staff had not been informed and I was rather embarrassed having to explain myself bug they were really nice sorted it and made and feel very welcomed

Breakfast was good but more staff needed to keep it replenished. Spa facilities were good -pool, hot tub , steam room and sauna ( in the changing rooms). They wouldn’t be great for couples but fine for 2 female friends to use. We were given a towel too to use which was a bonus.

Hot drinks coffee machine for bar was broken - was working but they were serving Luke warm latte’s and hot chocolate’s. After a cool latte I sent back the hot chocolate later.
