Great location so close to the lovely beach! We loved the spacious accommodation and balcony with the sea view! The reception staff was lovely, helpful and professional. We asked for a duvet that was promptly delivered to the room. Wi-Fi was excellent and secure.

We liked the buffet breakfast but would have liked some more healthy options like tomatoes, cucumber etc. Also the cleaner could be a little less persistent leaving notices if customers want to sleep in and leave the “don’t disturb” sign out. It was a good holiday overall and we’d definitely come back to this hotel again!

I arrived late in the evening Staff on duty. Very helpful and welcoming. Lovely big bedroom Huge jacuzzi bath. Huge bathroom. Nice bar area with helpful staff Parking on site. I only stayed overnight but very comfortable

not good soundproofing and at night we could not sleep because a person on the next room was coughing and throwing up 3-4 times at night…

everything was fine but many things didn’t work inside the room

There were no glasses , kettle set , slippers Extremely bad sound proof! My son and I were awaken and couldn't fall asleep due to noisy neighbors at 2 a.m., 6 a.m.... we've slept bad!

Room was modern, large and clean. Bathroom was excellent. Room service everyday. Beautiful view of mountains and sea. Close to beach. Bus stop outside hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Plenty of hot and cold buffet. Staff were helpful at reception, restaurant and room service. I would highly recommend this hotel for value and quality.

window in the bathroom which leads into the staircase. maybe freaky but many people would not like it.

It would be nice of Hotel arranges pick-up and Drop to the customers from Cullera Renfe Train station rather than asking them to travel by Public transport Bus which is scheduled every one hour .
