A traditional guest house with spectacular views. Cosy corners in which to relax and sit reading or playing board games available. Short walk to the village. Super helpful staff. Lovely to be able to welcome a guest for dinner at a small additional charge..
The bedroom was a bit small and the shower room in need of refresh decor. But it functioned well enough. Was surprised that dinner was set menu with no choices. Food very good but just didn’t know we had to flag up alternative needs (gluten free, veggie) in advance.

The view could not be more spectacular, especially if your room is on the front side facing the fjord. The staff was great. There is no lift, but the staff is happy to bring up your luggage. Dinner was good, but not great. Breakfast was good.
Antiquated electrical outlets except for the bathroom. If you travel with a CPAP machine it would be helpful to have a modern outlet at the head of the beds. If the weather is inclement or you're older, a shuttle of some kind would be helpful - it's a significant walk from the station/dock.

Outstanding property. Excellent breakfast and amazing dinner are included. They modified meals for gluten free and vegetarian. Easy to walk location. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The breakfasts are good with a fairly wide choice. The dinner is a set three course meal and we were happy with these. The menu was posted early in the day and it was possible to arrange alternatives. The staff were nice. It is a quiet location.
The room and bathroom were rather small and the facilities pretty minimal. It's about a 10 minute walk from the centre where you are likely to arrive and there are stairs in the property so may not suit people with limited mobility.

"Die Lage und in Qualität der Küche.
Es lohnt sich, den Mehr-Preis für den Fjord-Blick auszugeben."
