Immerso nel verde e camere con accesso indipendente.. l'accoglienza eccellente.. ampio parcheggio.. parco giochi per bambini.. molto bella la piscina ..

l'unica nota negativa è il letto matrimoniale composto da due lettini singoli che si allontanano creando il fastidioso vuoto nel mezzo ..

Wat een werkelijk heeeerlijke plek!!! Prachtig gelegen, Assisi op loopafstand, magnifiek uitzicht en fantastisch zwembad. Jammer dat we er maar twee dagen waren.

This is a beautiful, well maintained property and has a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like you're staying with friends. It is a very convenient location with only a 10minute walk to the old town and the pool was a welcome relief after a day of exploring in the heat

The addition of a mini fridge in each room would be the only improvement I can think of as the summer days do get hot and it's good to have chilled water on hand.

Quiet, peaceful and very country side types. Staff was very helpful.

Beds could be little harder and Wi-Fi needs to be stronger in the room areas.

The view, the pool, the staff and the mood, it was calm and relax

The location is perfect for walking to most of the sacred sites of Assisi (if you are reasonably fit) and enjoying the excellent restaurants, cafes & gelatarias. The house is elegantly furnished in country house style and very comfortable. The grounds, garden, swimming pool and extensive views are beautiful .... but most of all, what made our stay so exceptional was the kind friendliness and efficiency of all the staff, but most particularly of Anna, the manager and hostess with the mostest! Nothing was too much trouble - from answering emails promptly, to arranging a hire car for us, producing delicious light lunches and always being ready for a friendly chat. She is a star. Thank you Anna and all your lovely team for making our stay so memorable.

The plug sockets in our room were vintage and you need to ask reception for a special adaptor, but for English appliances this means 2 adaptors which can be problematic.

Very nice location , just few minutes from the Sanctuary, very good swimming pool and the breakfast was appropriate for the money we paid
