Excellent location, very comfy beds, newly decorated rooms. The team was lovely & tried their hardest in the circumstances.

We arrived & the hotel has undergone a refit for the new season. They really needed another week to be ready. It wasn’t ready, in fact it was pretty chaotic, like a building site & new furniture yet to be unpacked. As a result there was no bar, no welcome drink as promised, no afternoon cake. The boots room wasn’t ready & we had to ensure we found a ski hire place that stored our gear too. Due to an alarm issue our door was unlocked / unlockable for a while. The address on Booking.com is not the address of the property & I had to scrabble around to contact my taxi company to given them a new address.

The property has recently been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. The bedrooms are cosy and have all the amenities you need and are very comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s central with easy access to the ski lifts, pubs and shops. All of the staff were welcoming, informative and helpful. We really did enjoy our stay!

Auberge St Hubert Hotel. Very poor all round. Only one alcohol drink ordered as dirty glass and not full. Breakfast very very poor. One jug of Orange juice guarded by owner on bar. If not in breakfast area first thing no more orange juice. Very little choice of continental breakfast. One bowl of mixed fruit and no real choice. No lock on ski/boot room from outside. 5 hangers in room. Tv not working properly even after asking for fix. Dirty hall floor and under bed and no bath towels only hand towels. No drinks facility in room. On last evening asked about breakfast as leaving at 6.30am, initially told there was nothing then explains that I was paying for breakfast, then told there would be coffee and bread rolls. In morning at 6.40 area locked and nothing available at all. In all I feel the booking .com advert is quite misleading and completely inaccurate. The owner came across as money grabbing and greedy when watching over guests particularly at breakfast when not replenishing food as run out. Owner/manager generally unavailable when questions asked about services,facility and security.

Breakfast was adequate, but there could have been a wider choice available.
