The complex is quite large. Thanks to the beautiful garden, you don't notice it. The sea and the beach are very beautiful. The hotel's own restaurant is right on the beach and has good service and good food. The spa was outstanding, you have to book it, even if the prices outside are cheaper. The quality, the staff and the ambience were worth every price.

There were restaurants and cafés outside the hotel, but I didn't like it there. If you are just looking for the beach and relaxation, the hotel is a recommendation.

Hands down best accomodation in Vietnam for us!! The gardens are beautiful, the staff very attentive.

When we pulled in they are renovating the front entrance and we were concerned it was going to be like a construction site everywhere. Don’t be alarmed it’s fine. They are actually proactive with keeping it looking lovely.

Fantastic staff, a good restaurant, huge beds, and a nice stretch of beach. The rooms were also nice and spacious.

It was almost perfect, but the shower was a little disappointing. Some rooms had a walk-in shower, but I found myself hunched under a 5-foot high shower head within a bath tub.

Location, atmosphere, beach

The resort was so, so beautiful it was like going to heaven. The spa was incredible and luxurious, I had two treatments and both were amazing (but the water lily massage changed my life!). The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff, and I cannot stress this enough, were all incredibly kind, helpful and sincere. I was very impressed by the customer service.

Unfortunately, the room I was in had a slight sewage smell the whole time. They also hosted a meditation event on the last two days that took place right in front of my balcony and woke me up at 7am with loud speakers. I must say as well that unfortunately at times it seemed that the resort was trying to get as much money from me as possible - for example a shuttle from the train station was quoted for about 1 million VND for a 20 minute ride that was 200,000 on grab.

Restaurant was excellent, a great mixture of Vietnamese and Western food. Separate towel service for pool and beach was a nice touch and in line with international standards. Beachfront bungalows were very comfortable.

The staff here are very friendly. Stayed just one night, but was comfortable and nothing really to complain about (its a much larger property than i had imagined). Vo Ngoc Vu, the bartender made some decent margarita's. The beers are nicely chilled ! Surely recommend to stay here.

Bamboo Village Beach Resort was beautiful! It was very peaceful and relaxing, we could not fault it. The staff were lovely.

It was a great stay with the best impressions! Great breakfast, excellent and very green territory, spacious room and helpful and attentive staff. Will come back definitely:)

There is a lot of lakes, trees, flowers and even fruits around rooms, also Koi fishes swimming looks amazing, staffs are very friendly and supportive, room is clean, equipments run well, location is at heart of Muine

The front beach on morning looks difficult to swim with big waves, on afternoon its better, the parking area is full on Saturday and we must park outside of the resort area, of curse that the guards are very helpful to support but if there is more space for parking would be appreciated, then the lights in the garden when we backed to resort after 10pm are turned off so it looks dark to walk, auto lights with human sensors defection would be great.

Beach, Breakfast and Room(s) are amazing, it feels like you are really staying in a jungle with a goldfish mini lake right outside of our room, AMAZING!!! This property has two swimming pools, one for adults (to protect the noise levels for guests staying around that swimming pool - this is very though full and I love this idea), and the other pool is for kids and family. I highly recommend the SPA, me and my wife both loved it, these girls look tiny but don't be fool by their size, they folded me in half, again AMAZING. Right outside of the resort there is an Indian (from India) restaurant and a Pizza place both are good places, the hotel does have good food we ate there quite often, and they have a private beach connecting the hotel so in all I will 100% go back here when I want to unwind from city stress.

These are post covid times, so most of the world is waking up with no money in their pockets and un/underutilized equipment's and properties. We had a small incident in our toiled where the complete sink fell down on the floor on its own, and all the rotten wood was exposed, luckily no one was hurt and the management guys were very sorry for that and they offered us free gifts etc. This is not something I don't like; I want to highlight to others that if you go here, please be careful and don't jump around or pull things the management is doing maintenance but us as travelers must go there and support them so that they can recover faster in this post covid days and at the same time be safe.

I travelled to Mui Ne especially to stay at this resort and I wasn't disappointed. The gardens and condition of this property is exceptional. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent breakfast.

I didn't find the bed to be overly comfortable.

I love their services, foods, location, decorations, and staffs. Staffs are friendly and helpful . The environment bring a peaceful feeling to visitors, it is a perfect place for relaxing and staying closely with nature. I love morning buffets, a lot of good foods. That is my favorite. Nice location to watch sunrise on the beach

Only thing I didn't like when being asked to rate for their services so many times during I stay, that made me feel annoyed and obligated a bit. I love their place so much I will come back if possible. In my opinion, reviews should be done voluntarily. I hope it should be changed that make the place more perfect

Amazing green territory, quite a refreshing retreat during hot days. Our room was quiet and cleaned spotless. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of local and foreign foods. They have a well maintained own beach with easy sea access. Onsite massage services were very good, highly recommended.

Sometimes it was hard to find free lounge chairs around the pool areas.

The gardens are stunning, the landscaping. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly with excellent communication skills. The room had an lovely view over the gardens and sea, with a lovely big balcony. The spa treatments were among the best ever had. The food on the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner delicious. Breakfast choices very big. When there was a small maintenance issue it was dealt with immediately and efficiently. The restaurant position is fabulous looking out across the sea. Wildlife leaflet in room.

Maybe more choice on the tea and coffee in the room.

the staff - they are absolutely fantastic and it is everyone from pool-guy to cleaner to reception etc. I hope the owner of the hotel value them. this hotel should be 5 star hotel and not 4. We will absolutely come back nice restaurant and fantastic breakfast.

small thing - there are 2 pools and kids are not alloweed in both, which We absolutely did not like. both pool were often used by People with No kids. hope hotel will change this

The resort was absolutely beautiful, and the flora was spectacular. We could not have asked for a better room. It was so quiet and a really good size. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would I recommend this resort absolutely 💯
