We had a really great stay with two families. Having several bathrooms and three king beds was incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill and laundry was very useful for what we needed. The location is very good and the beach was not very crowded and great for kids. The pools we also good and well maintained. We used the gym at the hotel and it was recently renovated. You cannot beat an amazing patio with amazing sunsets each night. The property manager was very responsive and they are continuing to update the property in the right areas. We had a wonderful vacation and both the condo and the larger property were very great for a family with kids. The snack bar at the pool has great kids food and a great happy hour!A few things to make your experience better: you need to get to pool chairs early if you want them for the day (they move people who are not using them which is good), plan a trip to Costco as a part of airport transportation, Uber is medium in ease (don't always pick up for small trips, especially to Vallarta Adventures), bring shampoo and other bathroom items.Otherwise, enjoy this very solid and reasonable option for a great vacation.

Awesome location

When we booked our 10 night stay through VRBO we were very nervous but the owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions and provided us with an on site contact, Karina, for when we arrived. I was also in contact with Karina before our trip with last minute questions. Thank-you Karina. When we walked in we were blown away with everything, with the view being the first thing we noticed. We dropped our bags and went outside to the spacious deck and just stood there in awe. We were two families of five and this layout was perfect with every bedroom having it's own bathroom. Very convenient. This was the perfect layout for us and very spacious. The kids (and the adults) really enjoyed the warm ocean water and the boogie boarding but we always ended up in the pools. The cooler pools are by the beach but as you head further up the pools get warmer and end at the hot tub. The older boys found the pool basketball hoop and the younger ones just loved playing around in the pool for hours and hours. The snack bar staff were fantastic and we loved the 2 for 1 drink specials from 4-6pm. 65 pesos for the 2 drinks. Yummy.
