Beautiful property in the heart of Lincoln. Loved the environmentally friendly and sustainable ethos that was very carefully thought about. Lovely room. Great location, very easy to walk into Lincoln. Great breakfast, especially the jam
The steep location could be tricky for parking but thankfully my husband is a confident driver and the owners allow for unconfident drivers by providing permits for alternative parking.

Interesting breakfast selection, room and location very good. A refreshingly different kind of B&B.
Car access a bit tricky, very steep driveway, you just have to be careful and take it slowly. Its worth it.

Very friendly and helpful.
Parking is a little tricky, but wouldn’t deter me from staying, they have options for street parking.

Good quality linen and central area.
Breakfast was a farce, if you wanted a cooked one it was £9.50, yet I booked a breakfast but only got an omelette or continental included. This is not clear on the booking, and the owner was rude asking me “have you read what you booked for..?”
Hotel had no communal room to sit in.
Parking was tight and with 9 rooms there’s only room for 5 cars.
Coffee machine overflowed as the cups were too small.
Shower was weak, I mean, really weak.

"Zentrale Lage und trotzdem mit Parkplatz, auch wenn die Auffahrt abenteuerlich steil und eng war."
