Beautiful hotel. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. However the 2 bedrooms suit doesn’t have a living room.

The door lock was not perfect. It’s a little worn and make it difficult to open after scanning the door card. Breakfast was not a big spread but given the price paid it’s decent and the food was delicious.

Buena ubicación, cerca de una de las puertas de Chiang Mai, cómodo para pasar unos días en la ciudad y no depender de taxis. Habitación cómoda y espaciosa. Desayuno buffet correcto y personal agradable.

El precio del SPA muy alto, a 2min del hotel encontramos sitios de masajes por la mitad de precio.

Het hotel ligt in een wat achteraf straatje, daar moet je even aan wennen.

Clean, professional individuals

Room is spacious & clean with many mirrors which is very good for ladies :-) Located at a quiet place yet not far from the busy street. Breakfast is ok, just that during peak hour the restaurant might not have enough tables for all guests. I like the coffee served during breakfast. Staffs are helpful, they provided us some info about flower farms and help us to book taxi to Yin Yong flower farm.

Due to the location of the hotel, it takes sometime for taxi to reach the hotel from either outside or airport.

Always seemed to be cleaning the entrance which was nice. And the lobby staff were always smiling.

Pool was cold and dirty. Bartender needs to learn how to make cocktails
