Great location. Lovely host. Excellent value for money.
Shower room/toilet needs a refurb. However this may be a work in progress. The rest of the apartment seems to have been upgraded recently with new sofas and wardrobes .

It was calm and just 5 min from the centre - exactly what I wanted for my vacation
There were no dishwashing liquid or sponges

The apartments are located a 5 min walk into the centre of Dalyan in a very quiet area. The building and apartments are in reasonable condition with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The appartment had a small kitchen with fridge and a 2 ring hob. (Standard for Turkey). The owner/Manager was was very helpful and polite.
The pool area lets down what could have been a very good score. The pool water was clean but the pool itself is stained and looks bad, the surrounding pool area is very untidy with worn and ripped artificial grass, if pool area problems were addressed they would have a really good product

The apartment is in a fairly central location
The bathroom was a little tired looking as was the pool and outdoor area.
