lovely big rooms and huge bath . very clean , comfy beds . staff helpful . lovely modern hotel .would stay again . price good.

lack of tea and coffee & toilet roll , and no maid service for our three night stay , had to ask at reception if we wanted anything refilling and ended up buying coffee in the shop for our room as only given 1 coffee sachet per day on request .

The location was great. Super close to the city centre and very close to PKP main station. The hotel looks modern, and the rooms are relatively new. The receptionists have also been very helpful.

1. The card to my room wasn't working. I was able to open the door, but wasn't able to close the door, which meant I had to get a traditional key from reception and lock it that way each time. 2. There was mould in my bathroom on the ceiling. 3. The temperature in the room was low – despite turning the A/C on and trying to heat the room as much as possible, I would say it was still chilly at night – especially, when temperature outside drops to -6°C. 4. The cleanliness of the room was okish, but definitely could see dust on lamps next to the bed, and the bathroom was tolerably clean, but not as clean as in other hotels I stayed. 5. The two electric plugs on the desk were taken by the hotel's phone and WiFi router, which meant one couldn't charge any devices whilst sitting at the desk. The desk, in combination with the provided chair, had extra drawers, which meant one couldn't sit properly at the desk due to not enough space. 6. The shower doors wouldn't close fully, leaving a small gap of 2-3cm and letting the water spray onto the bathroom floor.

Nice and clean hotel, good value for money.

The walls between the rooms were extremely thin, you could hear everything sound as if it was in your room.

Clean, room was on the ground floor. Easy to find on main road.

There was only one pillow. Little bit too far from the town square.

Air conditioner didn't work so we asked to change the room. Next day it was changed. We were allowed to work in the breakfast room and wi-fi was everywhere. Cool. Thanks

A/C didn’t work in the room: in Poland, it is only a couple of weeks a year that it is hot, but we fell into such days. (as I understood, in other rooms it was ok)

The Staff made sure we are comfortable. We advised that the room given too us was very hot and the airconditioning is not working well. They immediately provided us with another room. Breakfast was great. Not a lot of food selection but it was delicious. They also have iron and iron board available.

The first room we got is super hot and we were sweating, we waited for a few mins to give time for the airconditioning to cool. Good thing they are very fast in moving us in a new room.

No fridge in the apartment

The AC wasn't working and they suggested to open the window which is quite weird. After seeing our reaction, they offered a new room
