Location.
Permanent residents also live in the building so smelt cigarettes when exiting the lift on our floor

Location exceptional , walking and tram access made travel locally and surrounding areas easy.
Views amazing and rooms spacious.
Appreciated the contents in the kitchen area, easy to bbq and cook .
Thoughtful touch of inclusion of grocery shopping bags .
It would be reasonable to supply pool towels at no additional cost per room.

Great location close to all that we needed
2keys between 3 is always hard

The property was central to everything walking distance to the heart of Surfers Paradise.
We booked the penthouse which was spacious but very out dated. There was a washing machine in which you could not lift the lid up as the dryer was in the way. The apartment was tidy but not clean. Built up dust behind the tv in the bedrooms.
