on the whole, it was a lovely weekend. spoiled only by inconsiderate guests in the adjacent room with the tv on loudly until the early hours! we’d have been ok with that up until midnight-ish but it went in well beyond that! and that was on both nights of our weekend break ruined by lack of sleep. maybe some room interest asking guests to consider other people want to relax and sleep and to keep the tv/noise down after midnight.

Staff where all very friendly. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Room except for the extractor which was quite noisy, but was told that rooms are going to be decorated, was neighbours worried about with noise not us.

Nice friendly staff. Good food. Good facilities. Good warm comfortable room. Good pub atmosphere. Totally enjoyable

There was really nothing to dislike

Staff were excellent and friendly and the food we had was lovely-breakfasts and evening meal

Room bit small

Meal available when we arrived (15.00!). Breakfast OK, although we had to ask for fruit and yoghurt. Room fine - a bit small, but comfortable.

The staff are amazing. They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Both our bedroom and the public rooms were comfortable and inviting. The food is delicious. I would have loved to stay longer. I highly recommend this hotel/pub.

Really enjoyed our stay, the room was lovely also the food just what we needed after climbing Pen-Y-Ghent

My only complaint would be that the windows could do with being double glazed, could be quite noisy
