Pleasant nicely decorated room. Good breakfast suitable for vegetarians. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The toilet roll holder had come off the wall and hadn’t been replaced similarly the hooks on the door had come off. Bit of a noisy light above the sink which seemed impossible to turn off at times. Shower was good.

We loved the location of this hotel - It was ideal for us having travelled by train. Settle itself was interesting to visit and we enjoyed a lovely walk along the river. Our room was very comfortable and adequate space with everything provided. Plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a dinner in the dining room which was very tasty,
Next room had a squeaky bathroom door! Staff said this would be dealt with as a matter of urgency when we let them know. A phone in the room would have been helpful to let the desk know at night which was when we became aware

Everything, decoration of the room and the hotel was among the best, together with service and location

We thought it would be a normal pub stay, it was much more than that. It was fantastic, the rooms and bathrooms are first class, and general decor really tastefully done. The breakfast was 5 star and staff very friendly and efficient, definitely worth a visit
No parking but not a problem
