Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The hotel is approximately a 30-minute drive to the airport. Check-in was fast and easy. They asked us if we would like to eat even though it was the middle of the night, which was very thoughtful. The hotel itself is great. It has a very beautiful beach, pools, slides, and everything else you could need, all of which were very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and always trying to help and make your stay enjoyable. I would definitely go again. My family and I had a great time. Special Thanks to: Ahmed Kamal, who welcomed us during check-in and always tried to help with anything, especially with great help regarding transportation after checkout. Fahmy, for always trying his best to resolve any issues and make sure we were having a great time. Alaa, for helping and doing his best in the beach area to make sure everyone had a great time!

Nothing I could think of that I didn't like! But maybe one suggestion to make it even better: This hotel is very child-friendly, and kids are having a great time. Kids love to pick up their food from their own area and sit in children's table, but there could be more children's table available.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pool and the overall atmosphere were great, and the resort was a nice place to relax. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back again.

Nothing major. Overall, I had a very good experience and enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at the hotel for seven nights 8 days. Everything was perfect. I am too happy stay here. Food, restaurant manager is doing great job; every facility at the hotel such as pool area beach toilets etc. are very clean. Entertainment team is very friendly. Please forward my special thanks to receptionist fahmy and ismail. They are very friendly make us feel at home.
