Was a lovely short stay everything was lovely close to town beautiful scenery

The location was excellent and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
There were no towel rails/hooks or toilet roll holder and the shower leaked considerably. There were also no bedside lamps

The new management is doing a great job with renovations,looking foward to our next visit .
The male at reciption was quite rude infront of children ,because I questioned the air conditioning threatened to kick us out , after a discussion with the new management they assured us he will be leaving that position soon , that was the only negative experience.

Loved the location... can walk to most places.
Loved the price... very affordable for families.
Loved the pool... the kids were in there whenever possible.
Loved the size of the Family room for 4 people.
Was not happy with the following:
-Broken tap in bathroom / large crack in shower floor / broken toilet button / nowhere to hang towels
-Not enough cutlery for 4 people (1 teaspoon / 1 drinking glass / 2 coffee cups / no bowls / no plates / no knives or forks
-Lots of lights did not work
-Air conditioner didn't work
-No Hair dryer
-No broom or dust pan for sweeping floor (we were there for 3 days)
-Nobody cleaned around the pool area the whole time we were there.
There were cigarette butts on the ground and the glass tables were filthy and never wiped down.
