What an amazing property. The property is beautiful and located a short walk from the downtown market. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The spa was professional and the massage was the best that we had in Asia. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to ensure all of our needs were provided for. They even procured a small cake for my daughter's birthday and sand happy birthday to her. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and the chicken at lunch was some of the best that we have ever had. I would highly recommend this to anyone planning to travel to Luang Prabang.

Good quiet location within short walking distance of local sites and river. Beautiful setting around heritage Lotus ponds.We ate three times for evening meal in the restaurant excellent authentic Laos food you do have to book at the weekend. Everything! The location was perfect, walking distance from popular cafes and the Mekong river. The staff was amazing. So courteous and friendly. They went out of the way to ensure we have a lovely stay.

Amazing hotel on a stunning property with beautiful lotus pond. The location was perfect just a few steps from the old town but quiet with lush green gardens. Our bungalow overlooking the UNESCO lotus pond was super comfortable and clean. The crickets were the best lullaby at night. The staff was awesome, especially Elodie helped us with all our problems and requests. It was the highest level of hospitality we ever experienced. I highly recommend this hotel and hope coming back someday.

Beatiful hotel, kids loved the lotus pond, the pool, the fantastic breakfast and the very caring lovely staff.

great location (just a few minutes walk to the busy nicht market; beautiful garden with little lakes and a nice pool. My room was very nicely done - modern touch combined with traditional furnishings, very stylish.

Breakfast choices on the menu was excellent, it catered for both the asian and western tatebuds. I like that you order what you want to eat and to reduce wastage of food of having a full breakfast buffet, although having said that, there were still a small array of buffet items like sweets, cakes, pancakes and some local delicacies. The view from the breakfast area made the experience so much more memorable. The staff were polite and friendly.

The mosquitoes were vicious especially in the dining areas.... but the restaurant did offer sprays. I guess what I didn't like is, I couldn't pay for the restaurant visits through the hotel room, (we had drinks there one evening and then dinner on another)it was charged serpatately. I had to go back to the room to get my credit card.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! The property and its UNESCO classified lotus ponds are absolutely gorgeous, staff hospitality was exceptional, and the rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is walkable to main tourist areas and breakfast was excellent. There is also a pool and bikes you can use for free.

The lily ponds at the hotel and the gardens in general are absolutely beautiful. I also really liked the decorations in the corridors and in the rooms (the spindles of different coloured silk). All of the staff and managers were very friendly and exceptionally helpful, and the cocktails were delicious.

I would have liked a few more options for breakfast, such as some pastries and some cheese.

this hotel was so beautiful. nice rooms, very good food. best and helpful staff. they supported us because we had so much trouble with our flight home because of the corona virus situation. couldn‘t imagine a better hotel staff, so helpful! thank you again very much!!

Staff could not do enough, so helpful. Rooms on the rice field are spacious and modern.

Wifi was a bit poor for the rooms on the rice field.
