We had a booking for 4 apartments for 12 people - great location, great facilities and everyone really enjoyed the stay.
There were no issues with any of the arrangements - all staff were easy to work with and bent over backwards to assist us.

It was a good walking distance to all what you wanted, beach, shops, cafe's and restaurants.
The resort itself seemed peaceful and not too noisy. The reception staff were lovely.
The gym was very small and dark, the pool area was ok but the spa totally too small. The weirdest thing was the main bedroom with a spa, shower, toilet, sinks and the bed all in one space without any doors for privacy.

How close it was to the main esplanade
People were smoking above us as we were on floor 1 and had a large courtyard. Why are people allowed to smoke? It wafted into our apartment all the time and was super annoying. My grandchildren were in the courtyard when someone threw a slushie down and could have hit them. And on top of that - we found numerous cigarette butts thrown onto our courtyard.
